ONE OF THE MOST SCENIC LAKES IN THE NATION and located within the Daniel Boone National Forest on a tributary just a few miles from Lake Cumberland, this lake has 192 miles of cliff-lined shore. With 5,600 surface acres, it is one of the deepest lakes in Kentucky. A boating and recreation mecca, it's a great lake for fishing and for scuba diving. With miles of world quality hiking, the surrounding countryside is great for outdoor adventures of all types.
